Related Information

• The Company will use the e-Meeting Platform by the Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (TDCC) for this year’s shareholders’ meeting. Any organization using the e-Meeting Platform is required to be in line with TDCC’s operating guidelines, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) and instructions, as well as all other relevant documents. Please visit the TDCC website for more information.
• Shareholders may exercise their voting rights through the STOCKVOTE platform of Taiwan Depository & Clearing Corporation (https://stockservices.tdcc.com.tw) during the period from April 23, 2025, to May 25, 2025.
• Shareholders who intend to participate virtually shall complete registrations and sign-ups on the TDCC stock eMeeting from April 23, 2025, to May 25, 2025. Participants will check in, watch a live stream of the meeting, text questions, and cast their votes at shareholders’ meeting.
• Shareholders who intend to attend the shareholders' meeting in person after registering to attend shareholders' meeting virtually shall deregistration in the same way as the registration before the deadline for registration in the preceding paragraph. Deregistration after the deadline can only attend the shareholders' meeting virtually.
